Terms of Service

The service
DueBuddy automates polite invoice follow-ups sent from your own email. It is not a debt collector and not a law firm.
Your account
You sign in with Telegram. You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure.
Subscription and payment
DueBuddy is a monthly subscription paid with Telegram Stars: Starter $24, Pro $34, Scale $54. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the current billing period.
Your email and content
You connect your own Gmail through OAuth. You are responsible for the content of the emails we send on your behalf, and for complying with the laws that apply to you — including debt-collection and privacy rules in your jurisdiction.
No legal advice
DueBuddy provides templates and timing, not legal advice. Statutory interest, late fees, and collection rules vary by jurisdiction and by your contract — check what applies to you.
Service availability
We work hard to keep DueBuddy available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DueBuddy's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last month.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page.
